"One hell of an experience!!!! Let me just start off by saying that if there was an award that would be presented to the #1 best all-around customer service representative, I’d give it to Mrs Lauren Clendening!!!!! I never thought in a million years that I’d be saying this about a rep in the INSURANCE industry but let me tell you What, I’ve got quite the story. So I’ve been SEARCHING & SEARCHING for a better rate for my auto insurance since I left progressive about a year ago. Every single company I try, I get an absurd number even though my MVR is so clean you could eat off of it and I never had any luck. I decided to respond to one of those silly ads about “click below and we will find you a lower rate guaranteed” promotionals (against my better judgment) and went through 4 different companies. Every one of them gave me the run around until I got a communication from Mrs Lauren… I’m a very careful person when it comes to not running into a scam so I probed her for information, I had my doubts and felt like maybe this was a scam as she took my info, calculated my quote and surprisingly gave me an estimate that was not only lower than every company I’ve tried but a significant amount lower. At this point I just knew this was too good to be true and the rep was just wayyy too nice so I basically probed her and questioned her consistently about so many things just to make myself feel better about it. At one point I all but called her a scammer just because it seemed too good and because I’m a worry wart. There’s no way in this world that if I were in her shoes, that I’d still be super nice and just take getting called a fraudster … just that in itself shows the kind of character Lauren has!!!! Getting past this, not only did she stay just as kind, courteous and super helpful but I could HEAR her smiling after every word !!!!! Getting picked apart…put under the microscope, basically insulted and called a scammer and Lauren STILL locked in and was more patient with me than my own damn xwife was!!! I ended the conversation with an email with my brand new ID cards and policy info for an amazing policy that was set to my exact needs and most importantly was wayyy cheaper than I’ve ever paid and she made it a point to ensure that I was educated about any and everything that could benefit me going forward!!! State Farm…. you have one of if not the most valuable CSR any company could ask for!!!! If you guys like to keep winners on your team, I expect to see Lauren in her own office training agents and adjusters for her own branch one day!!! I could say more but this box just isn’t big enough!!! Mrs Lauren, thank you so much for everything!!!!!"
