"I was searching for affordable car insurance, and I got a text from Lauren C , and the quote was less than what I was currently paying, at that moment in between paychecks, waiting on payday so I could start policy, I responded via text early in the morning a few days later, ended up getting a phone call from Lauren C and long story short, ended up getting more than one type of policy, She was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way, not pushy , I like the fact that she would ask is this something you would be interested in, instead of just adding coverage, she gave me options, and she explained those options .There's nothing like someone putting you at ease and she did just that.
