"Update: Just worked with Liz on a policy. The process was smooth and quick. We also usee SMS and voice (only when needed). One thing I wanted to highlight is that the conversation started by asking about the original quote I got online and whether it was good enough to start the process. So she and I would work on something only if that makes sense to me in the first place. It was a pleasure working with her. Great quoting review process with Jessica. Allowed me to talk first through SMS (being in the office this is a better way to handle the communication), also shared with me the numbers and let me make my decision with no pressure!"

"I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to take the time to say how impressed I was with State Farm and the team member who went above and beyond to help me. State Farm literally cut my car insurance in half. The original agent I spoke with had a sick child, but I needed to finalize my new policy to avoid Insurance lapse. My agent wasn’t available. Michael,being a team player, reached out to take care of me. The world needs more people like him! Michael was fun and polite. He took the time to listen and explain everything. Allowing time to finish my shift/ working with my schedule/ Michael finished everything while working from home. Thank you State Farm! Thank you Michael!"
