I want to personally thank Mrs. Liz Ruiz at State Farm for her outstanding customer service and dedication.

I woke up early this morning to discover an unexpected insurance issue that left me stressed and overwhelmed. I reached out to Mrs. Ruiz before 8:00 a.m., and she was there to help immediately. She was patient, professional, compassionate, and most importantly, she took the time to explain things to me that no one had ever explained before.

Mrs. Ruiz explained the differences between paying an insurance premium through a bank account versus using a debit card. She explained that, in some situations, a bank transaction can be delayed, rejected, or returned during processing, even when funds are available in the account. She also explained how that can potentially affect insurance coverage if it is not addressed quickly.

What made this explanation so important is that it helped me understand a situation I had recently experienced. I was very upset because I had just learned through emails early that morning that my previous insurance coverage had been affected. I had never been given a clear explanation of what could happen when using a bank account for payment, and I found myself dealing with a situation I did not fully understand.

Rather than rushing me off the phone, Mrs. Ruiz took the time to educate me, answer my questions, and make sure I understood my options. She helped me obtain coverage right away and gave me peace of mind during a very stressful morning.

Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, but Mrs. Ruiz went above and beyond. Her knowledge, patience, dedication, and willingness to help made all the difference. State Farm is fortunate to have someone like her representing their company.
